RECEIVING YOUR ACCESS CODE
Today, Monday, October 24, you will receive your unique access code, and a link to shop for tickets. The Verified Fan Presale begins tomorrow at 10AM local venue time.
Note: tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not guaranteed. There is a four (4) ticket limit per code.
TIPS FOR A SMOOTHER WAITING ROOM & PURCHASE EXPERIENCE
- The Waiting Room will open 10 minutes prior to the Verified Fan Presale. At that time locate your show and log in with the same email and password used for your registration. You will not be able to join The Waiting Room for any shows other than your own.
- Review your Stored Billing to confirm your credit card is valid and billing address is up-to-date.
When shopping for tickets, stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets may result in errors.
