In an effort to manage wait times for fans, all shows have been assigned specific presale windows which will be staggered between the hours of 10AM PT and 3PM PT on Monday, November 21.

The show you have been selected for is December 15th, 2023. The Verified Fan Presale window for your show is from 2PM to 3PM. After 3PM the presale window for your show will be over and new purchasers attempting to buy may experience longer wait times.

Below are other important details to get you prepared:

RECEIVING YOUR ACCESS CODE

• Later today, you will receive your unique access code, and a link to shop for tickets.
• Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not guaranteed.
• There is an eight (8) ticket limit per code.

JOINING THE WAITING ROOM

• Do not attempt to join The Waiting Room for any shows other than your own.
• The Waiting Room for your show will open 10 minutes prior to 2PM.
• At that time click here and log in with the same Ticketmaster email and password used for your Verified Fan registration. Have your unique access code ready.
• Only join The Waiting Room on the device from which you intend to purchase tickets. For the best purchase experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer.

TIPS FOR A SMOOTHER PURCHASE EXPERIENCE

• To avoid issues at checkout, review your Stored Billing tonight to confirm your credit card is valid and billing address is up-to-date.
• As a reminder, if planning to purchase Citi® presale tickets, a Citi credit or debit card is required to complete your purchase.

When shopping for tickets, stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets may result in errors.
